 y have been gleefully trampling over genre boundaries by chucking rockabil
 ly\, blues\, country\, swing\, soul and more into their musical gumbo\, bu
 t always sounding mostly just like themselves. Formed in Newcastle Upon Ty
 ne\, but now hailing from across the UK\, the Tea Pad have released six al
 bums\, multiple singles and EPs\, and have toured widely across the Britis
 h Isles and Europe\, playing everywhere from Glastonbury and Cambridge Fol
 k Festival to village halls and barns\, and all points in between.\nWell-k
 nown for their energetic live shows\, and dry humour\, they’ve toured wi
 th some of the big-name Americana outfits such as Pokey LaFarge\, The Dead
  South\, and Sierra Ferrell. They have released music on Sleazy Records\, 
 El Toro Records (Spain) and Migraine Records (Germany). Joining Rob Heron 
 (vocals/guitar) are Tom Cronin (mandolin/harmonica/guitar)\, Ben Powling (
 saxophone/clarinet)\, Adam Richards (double bass/electric bass) and Paul A
 rchibald (drums).
